STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING
Our Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) trips begin when we leave our shop's location in the heart of the adventure town of Moab, Utah. We will pick you up and cruise over to the Colorado River where you will be surrounded by peace, tranquility and towering red rocks. After a short drive to the river we will go over safety, have some Stand Up Paddle instruction on land followed by a practice session on the water. Once everyone is comfortable, we will head on down the river for an unforgettable experience.
A family friendly paddle board trip down the Colorado River. This is a flat water trip so you do not need to worry about any rapids. The towering sandstone cliffs will surround you as you paddle down river. The entire trip borders Arches National Park as you float, paddle, and swim downstream. Our guides will talk with you about the local area and why Moab, Utah is such a special place.
Our most popular trip. This one is good for all abilities with an addition of action. With a small guide-to-guest ratio it’s like a personal guide showing you all the tips and tricks for running rivers. On this trip you will encounter four sets of waves and a bunch of fun river features to play on. This is a fun section guaranteed to get you wet. Challenging and fun for beginners as well as seasoned paddlers.
This one is for the serious paddlers. The “Fisher Towers” section of the Colorado River is a beautiful section of class II whitewater. You will stand up paddle board through Onion Creek, Professor Creek, Cloudburst, Rocky Rapid and topped off with Whites Rapid. Enjoy breathtaking canyon scenery and experience the thrills of Whitewater SUP. If you are wanting to learn the skills needed to get you started on SUP’ing whitewater this is the trip for you. It has all the great aspects of stand up paddleboarding with a touch of whitewater!

Stand Up Paddling on the river is amazing and if you have some SUP know how, and a sense of adventure this experience is for you. We take you from point B to point A.
The question most people ask with a rental is “how do I get back to my car”? Let us help you! If you don't have a shuttle vehicle and want to paddle the river we can help with logistics.
How it works:
We meet you at Lion’s Park just 2 miles south of Arches National Park on the banks of the Colorado River. You hop in the van with us and we take you up river road anywhere up to 12 miles. We supply your boards, paddles, and PFD’s. Our van will take you up river road and drop you off, then you will be on your way paddling down the beautiful Colorado River, on your own time. When you get back to Lion’s Park via the river your car will be waiting. Then you will need to load the boards on your vehicle with the provided straps and return them to our shop in town. Take as long as you want, it is your vacation. Kick back relax and enjoy paddling the river.
