Policies

Day Trips (Rafting, Kayaking, SUP, Canyoneering, and Rent & Rides)
All of our trips and rentals have a 24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours you will not receive a refund.
Changes to trip type, number of guests, or date are FREE prior to 24 hours before departure.

Day Trips with groups of 6 or more
All our large group trips (over 12 people) have a 7 day refund policy for a full refund minus 5 dollars per person. If you cancel within 7 days you will not receive a refund. Balance is taken 7 days prior to launch.

Rentals with groups of 6 or more
If you are renting crafts for 12 people or more we have a 7 day refund policy for a full refund minus 20%. If you cancel within 7 days, no refund will be given.

Overnight Trips:
A full refund, less a $25 per person fee, will be given if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to trip departure. Balance is taken 7 days prior to launch.

Rentals
All of our trips and rentals have a 24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours you will not receive a refund.

Trip Outfitting:
Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to your launch day to receive a refund minus a 10% booking fee. 15 days to launch your rental is paid in full and NO refund is given.

Shuttles:
All vehicle shuttles have a 7 day cancellation period for a full refund minus a 20% processing and holding fee. If you cancel the shuttle within 7 days prior to the launch date the shuttle is considered paid in full with no refund given for cancellations.
**All vehicles need to be confirmed 48 hours before your launch. If there is a change within the 48 hour period we require a new signed waiver page. We will NOT move vehicles without a new waiver.
